Psychology is the study of the mind and behaviour.
We cover topics such as attachment, social influence, memory and psychopathology.
During the course, students develop skills such as scientific investigation, critical thinking, independent learning and collaboration. There are opportunities for learning outside the classroom in Psychology as we participate in A Level conferences with world class experts in a wide range of fields such as sports psychology and the perception of time. Psychology is a new and challenging subject at A Level. Students will gain insight into themselves and the world around them, as well as developing valuable transferable skills.
